Booking Deposits

A booking deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Deposits are credited toward your treatment on the day.

Cancellations & No-Shows

To protect practitioner time and clinical resources:

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may result in forfeiture of your deposit.
• No-shows may incur a full consultation fee or loss of deposit.
• Repeated late cancellations may require prepayment for future bookings.

Refunds

Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL):

• We cannot state “No Refunds”.
• Refunds are not provided for change of mind once a clinical product has been administered or a service has been performed.

No Outcome Guarantees

Aesthetic medicine involves individual variability. We do not guarantee specific results, as outcomes depend on unique patient factors.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your appointment subject to availability. Rescheduling within 24 hours may incur a fee.
