In Australia, we are governed by strict regulations regarding the advertising of medicines.

We are very limited in how we can give you information about the Cosmetic Aesthetic treatments that we provide.

We suggest that you have a look around our website, and for further information, we recommend you book a consultation and/or extended consultation if you are looking at possibly having a treatment as well.

All Cosmetic Aesthetic consultations are conducted with experienced registered nurses and doctors. Collaboratively, our health professionals will individually assess you and advise you whether or not you are suitable for any of our treatments.

We will discuss your skin and aesthetic goals and create an individualised treatment plan.

We are unable to include any pricing on any of our platforms.

The cost of your specific treatment will be discussed during your consultation.
We believe strongly that there should never be any pressure to go ahead with a treatment.

If you feel that a treatment may not be right for you, or you need more time to consider, we definitely recommend taking some time to think it over.

We want you to be able to trust your health professionals, who will be collaboratively involved in your treatment.

Pre Consultation Form

Once your booking has been made, you will receive a text and or email that will direct you to our pre consultation form.

It is very helpful to us if you are able to fill in all information requested in this form and will make your appointment go smoother on the day.

If you haven’t already completed your consultation form, we will be asking you questions about your medical history, including current medications. If you could bring this information with you it would be very helpful.

Absolutely

It is okay to bring you child / children with you. However, if you do have children under the age of 4 and are having one of our longer timed treatments, we do recommend not bringing them. We want you to relax and enjoy your experience as much as possible.

Consultations are free

After your appointment you will receive information about how to care for your skin / treatment areas both physically and to your email.

We advise that if you are having any concerns at all after your treatment to contact us as soon as possible and we will get you back in for a review.

We prefer 24-28 hours notice of cancellations.

However, we understand that life throws us curve balls and all we ask is that you contact us as soon as you know you are unable to attend your appointment and we will help you to reschedule.

Please note that for many of our treatments we are unable to treat you if you have recently been unwell, or are unwell on the day.

Should you not attend your appointment and not let us know in advance we will ask for a deposit to secure your next booking.
